Adrienne Janssen serves as the Director of Member Success at TRUE, partnering with member agencies to identify and implement the systems, tools, and support they need to grow and thrive. Through thoughtful collaboration, she helps members uncover opportunities, solve challenges, and strengthen their operations.

 With more than 20 years of experience, Adrienne finds the most fulfillment in listening to others, tackling complex problems, and discovering creative solutions that make a lasting difference.

 She lives in Jacksonville, Florida, with her husband, Joey, an agency principal, and their two children. When they’re not running from one practice, game, or performance to the next, the Janssens can be found cheering on the Jaguars and the Gators!
