She’s passionate about creating experiences that feel intentional, elevated, and worth people’s time, balancing strong operational execution with a creative, attendee-first mindset.

Kait lives in Florida and will be getting married this May. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling (47 out of 50 states and counting!), spending time with her fiancé Brandon, and their two dogs, Kona and Maui. She is one of the few people you will meet who can confidently say she knows how to walk on stilts.
