Scott Smith is the Founder and President of TRUE, where he sets the organization’s vision and fosters its collaborative culture. His leadership has shaped TRUE’s growth, rooted in connection, collaboration, and innovation.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, reading, music, traveling, playing golf, and embracing life’s journey.

He lives in Guntersville, Alabama, with his wife, Val, and has four children.
